A quick one this month. I’ve been absolutely swamped lately, to the point where I haven’t even had time to start on the next Arbiter book. Disappointing, I know, but that’s what a new profession gets you, I suppose.
It’s been a while since we’ve had a Let’s Talk, so I’m back with one of my favourite topics: editing.
I am very excited to announce the release of my new book Turning Pages, the first in The Arbiter series, is out today.
I had intended to have the first Arbiter book out last month. However, there’s been some delays. So I thought I would share the introduction with everyone, to give you a little preview of the book. This is before its final edit – naughty, I know – but I feel the need to share something by now.
Don’t forget to sign up for my mailing list, too! You’ll receive a free copy of my anthology as well as monthly updates.
I’ve often been asked where the idea for Caligation stemmed from. Most of it is from the depths of my imagination. However, there is a little more history than that. I discuss a bit of this with Joyce Hertzoff and Shane Thomas on his great little Book Club – you can view it here.
